The first five seconds often determine the outcome
Now many people watch under judgement movies simply to get points and don't have time to see the rest of the movie if it inherantly looks crappy (as the guy breaking his neck).
Now I did see the whole thing and know it's reasonably good despite the crude drawings.
But I recomend puting something more catchy and impressive at the very beginning simply because your movie is near the turd threshold.

Lose the CPU-straining logo
Your semi-simple movie takes up a lot of space and I believe that little "Rock Hard Chicken" logo is to blame:
1. The pencil drawing animation slowed down my 1500 MHz comp the first time.
2. The "Remix" song is of very high quality and could take up a lot as well.
So I wouldn't recomend using the logo for your other works.
As for the movie itself; it was somwhat well drawn (about as good as I can do), congratulations, but didn't make much sense to me. Also I don't how this is an introduction because I haven't seen you formally introduce yourself as other Clocks do.
So just fix those up and your score will improve.

If you really made this yourself, then perhaps you could explain to us how you made all that complex stuff.
And another thing: I know from experience that most mpeg movies are rip offs of other people's high quality work, unless converted from home videos.

All I can say is I have never seen any real video of this quality on NG before.
I also like the fact that you put yourself in the movie too.
Although it isn't Flash (Like, where does it say it has to be?) and isn't perfect, (minor editing flaws with UFO) it still deserves a 4 from me.

Why did this get such a good score?
All this is just some low quality recording about Fox talking with some Tom guy from New Jersey.
FYI, that couldn't have been Tom Fulp because he lives in the Phili/Atlanta area and sounds nothing like the guy you just heard.
Also, the graphics are smeary and the lip sync is nonexistant.
And WTF is up with that big naked guy anyway?

Smaller movies do get bonuses from me, but officially 'B' is, and always will be, the greatest small movie of all time.
Not bad, but historically innacurate.
Mario wasn't born in '89 because the original mario game came out in '85 and Donkey Kong (a game with adult Mario in it) came out in '81. If anything, Mario would have been born like in the mid '60s. So you might want to change that.
Anyway, your movie wasn't too bad, but wasn't that original either. I think this deserves a high 2 from me.
